Keyword Search Length Continues to Lengthen

Every year we see the number of search terms used (on average) increase.

This is interesting data (from OneStat.com) because it shows that search behaviors are changing - consumers are looking for things in the long tail. Of course, they don't think about it this way - they just know that if their search queries aren't discrete, they'll waste time finding what they want.
