| Quick Links | | | | | | | | Weblogs | | | Our MyST Blogsite generates highly qualified leads compared to other venues of online lead generation. One of the primary reasons is we have a trust factor, which we built (and continue to build) by providing dependable and accurate information through the blogsite. As a result, actions are more meaningful for business and the customer." |

| | | The following standard terms and conditions apply to all MyST Blogsite Services. | Billing Terms- Payment for ongoing services is due on the 1st of the month in which ongoing services are to be provided.
- For credit card billing, monthly credit card payments for ongoing services are processed on the first (1st) day of the month; credit card sales receipts are also generated.
- For other types of billing, monthly invoices for ongoing services are created on the 15th of the month prior to the month of service being billed. New account invoices are created throughout the month.
- Payment is considered late on the 11th of the service month and a late payment fee of $35 per blogsite account is assessed. Any quantity discount or reseller discount in effect at the time of the late payment penalty assessment shall apply to the late payment penalty.
- Overdue blogsite accounts are frozen on the 16th of the service month. This means that no new posts or other site updates may be created until the account balance is cleared.
- Accounts that have been frozen a second time require conversion of the account to credit card billing and will be automatically charged on the first of the month.
- Accounts that have been converted to credit card billing because of previous freeze restrictions and thereafter declined for any reason whatsoever, will be frozen on the 1st of the service month, i.e., on the date the credit card charge fails to process.
- Once an account has been frozen, un-freezing requires full payment on the account.
Cancellation Process- Service is on a month-to month basis; there is no cancellation penalty.
- For cancellation requests received by the 15th day of the month, the Service Termination Date is last day of that month. For cancellation requests received after the 15th day of the month, the Service Termination Date is the last day of the following month.
- To request a service cancellation, visit the MyST Blogsite Support Center at http://support.blogsite.com and create a support ticket indicating which site should be cancelled. If you are cancelling multiple sites, you must create a separate support ticket for each site to be cancelled. (Tickets requesting cancellation of two or more sites will be rejected.)
- Upon receiving a cancellation request support ticket, MyST will reply to the ticket with a cancellation confirmation message. This confirmation will outline the specific terms and details of cancellation.
- The reseller or customer must respond to the confirmation message with "I AGREE, PLEASE CANCEL" within five (5) business days. Response may be by reply e-mail to the cancellation confirmation or by posting a reply directly to the support ticket in the MyST Blogsite Support Center. If no such response is received within the allotted time, the cancellation request is closed without cancelling the service.
- On (or shortly after) the Service Termination Date, the site is taken offline and is no longer accessible. At such time, historical usage data and files uploaded via File Manager, if any, are purged and are no longer recoverable.
- Billing for cancelled services ends at the Service Termination Date; there is no pro-ration for partial months of service.
- MyST provides a documented method for content export in the MyST Blogsite Support Center. The reseller or customer may use this method for making customer content backups, without charge, prior to the Service Termination Date, provided that the site has not been frozen nor hibernated.
- For up to one month after the Service Termination Date, the reseller or customer may request channel content be exported as XML (MyST-ML and/or RSS) for a flat fee of $250, provided account is otherwise current. Beyond one month, reseller or customer may request channel content be exported as XML (MyST-ML and/or RSS) for a flat fee of $1000, provided account is otherwise current and provided that such content is still available in MyST backup archives, which it may or may not be.
Cancellation for Non-payment- If an account that was frozen remains frozen on the 16th of the following month, a late payment fee (as described previously) is again assessed and the account is hibernated. This means that the blogsite is taken offline and that all requests for site content will produce an error page.
- Once an account has been hibernated for non-payment, un-hibernation requires full payment on the account.
- An account that has been hibernated for non-payment is automatically cancelled on the last day of the month in which it was hibernated and submitted for collections. Such cancellation causes complete undeployment of the site and loss of historical usage data and files uploaded via File Manager, if any.
- Reinstatement of a site cancelled for non-payment requires: full payment on the account; that the account be on credit card billing; and payment of a $250 setup and redeployment fee.

| | Guest Weblogs | | | | | | | | | Blogsite Feeds | | | MyST Blogsite Briefings | | | | | | | | | I spoke with a group of bloggers in Phoenix recently. What I found is that very few had any business from their blogs despite a lot of effort. I have 5 closings and 7 active buyers directly from [our MyST blogsite] in 2008. I know because I ask. One person told me they have been reading my blog for almost a year before they called me to buy a property." | – | Artur Ciesielski, Realty Executive |
