Early Look at MyST Blogsite iPhone App Platform

We’ve developed a new iPhone application platform for MyST Blogsite clients and we’ll be testing it soon with selected clients under an early experience program.

iPhone® content consumers are a growing segment in mobile computing. The latest data shows iPhone and iPod touch represents more than 38% of the mobile browser market. There’s also a growing need to provide a direct and seamless brand experience to your customers by leveraging your core social media investment.

MyST has designed a platform approach that integrates the high-visibility content services of the MyST Platform™ and also provides a branded content interaction experience for iPhone® and iPodTouch® users. Optionally, MyST Blogsite® clients will be able to provide premium content through paid versions of their custom iPhone® applications.

MyST Blogsite® iPhone App Platform also includes direct submission, maintenance and upgrades to the iTunes App Store®. The premium edition will provide integrated publishing options for the creation of secure content on the MyST platform via secure access on the iPhone®.

Features include integrated channel content from your blogsite and other social media resources, interactive About page, detailed and interactive Contact information with email and dial options as well as direct links to your website and product or services landing pages.

The MyST Blogsite® iPhone App Platform is currently in beta and will be available for early experience testing with select clients in about four weeks.
