Today's post, Push Awareness, Pull Content, by John Maloney, really struck a chord with us here at MyST Technology Partners. Information snacking is a wonderful way to describe how loosely-coupled information systems (such as corporate blogs and syndication services) can improve situational awareness.
I also found John's commentary about the Death of Email particularly enjoyable. I made this quote in February, 1999 at an IT conference in Sydney Australia, and it's taken on its own life.
